Q. How do I get quote from INKED GLAM | SOCIAL MEDIA LUXE?

A. Getting a quote from INKED GLAM | SOCIAL MEDIA LUXE is simple! Please fill out our enquiry form below for a quote to be emailed to you along with a link to our online Submission Form. Please provide us with as much information as you can, including a detailed description of the creative content that you require. Please include all images or logos that you would like added to the creative content. Full payment will be required before proceeding with your order. If you have any questions or would like assistance in submitting your creative content request please contact: inkedglam@luxe-coast.com and the team at INKED GLAM (2SXE4U™) will be happy to help.

Q. Can I include images or my logo with my creative content order?

A. Yes, of course! Please ensure that you send in images that are of High Resolution. The number of images you can include, depends on the product/package that you have selected.

Q. How long does it take to create my creative content?

A. All creative content requests and payments are verified manually by the website administrator. We require full payment for your listing prior to creating your creative content. Payments are only to be made via Bank Transfer (Account details will be provided to you via email). It usually takes 1-2 business days for your payment to be processed. The overall time frame, from Payment to ‘completed’ creative content is a 3 week turnaround.

Payments are NON REFUNDABLE.

Q. How do I pay for my order?

A. All payments are processed via Bank Transfer only. Our bank account details will be provided to you via email once you have received a quote and have in turn decided to proceed in submitting a content creation request via our online Submission Form.

When submitting images, please ensure:

All content submitted accurately represent your business, sponsorship or product;

You own the copyright or have permission from the copyright owner;

You have full permission from all individuals that are included in the image;

If minors are included, you have written consent from their parent/guardian and they are taken in a lawful, fair and direct manner;

You give full permission to INKED GLAM | SOCIAL MEDIA LUXE to use and edit any images that you as the business owner or company representative have submitted via our online web form or email, in order to create your creative content request accordingly.

You give full permission to INKED GLAM | SOCIAL MEDIA LUXE to repost your ‘completed’ creative content on our website unless you have specifically requested us not to do so via our online Submission Form.
